What is FireSat?
FireSat is a self-custody wallet and marketplace for BSV-20 tokens on Android and iPhone. You keep your own keys, trade tokens at exact prices, and follow other people to see what they buy, list and mint in a live feed. In your browser, you can explore every BSV-20 token on bsv20.com.
What is BSV-20?
BSV-20 is a token standard on the BSV blockchain. Tokens are deployed, minted and moved as inscriptions on single-satoshi outputs (1Sat Ordinals), so every balance and every trade is recorded on chain. Does FireSat hold my tokens or keys?
No. FireSat is non-custodial. Your recovery phrase and private keys are created and stored on your phone, behind its lock. FireSat never receives them, cannot move your tokens, and cannot recover your phrase for you, so back it up.
What does FireSat cost?
FireSat is free to download. There is no FireSat fee to send or receive BSV or tokens. When you buy a listing or mint, a service fee is included in the transaction and shown before you confirm. Every transaction also pays the BSV network fee, which goes to miners.
How does buying a token work?
Sellers list tokens on chain at a fixed price, and a purchase takes a whole listing. Your phone signs the transaction, FireSat checks it before it is sent, and it is confirmed once it is mined. If someone else buys the same listing first, theirs can win; FireSat shows every state honestly: pending, confirmed, conflicted or dropped.
What is new in FireSat 4?
FireSat 4 is a complete rebuild: a new look with three sunset themes in dark or light, a live feed of the people you follow, profiles, leaderboards, reactions and theses on every token, shareable token cards, exact charts with the order book and holders, alerts with push notifications, an app lock, and a check before every transaction is sent.
I already use FireSat. What happens to my wallets?
Update the app and open it. Your wallets move over automatically on first launch, and your keys never leave your phone.
Do I need a profile? What can others see?
Profiles are optional; without one, you appear as your wallet address. Blockchain data is public, so the holdings and trading results of any wallet can be seen by anyone, with or without a profile. Follows, reactions and theses you post are public too.
Which phones does FireSat run on?
FireSat runs on Android phones, from Google Play, and on iPhones, from the App Store.
Is FireSat investment advice?
No. Nothing in FireSat or on this site is investment advice. Tokens are risky and can lose all their value. You must be 18 or older to use FireSat.
